The Meeting

One sunny morning, Kofi called for a meeting under the big Baobab tree. All the animals gathered, curious to hear what the wise monkey had to say.

"Friends," Kofi began, "we need to decide how to make our village more prosperous. Each of us has a role in this grand plan."

Investment

Zara the Zebra stepped forward. "We need to decide what new things we should build to make our village better. Should we dig a new waterhole or plant more fruit trees? And how much should we spend on these projects?"

The animals discussed and decided to build a new waterhole since it would benefit everyone, especially during the dry season. They agreed on the number of resources to allocate for this project.

Financing

Next, Faru the Falcon flew down. "We need to gather resources to fund our projects. We could ask other animals to lend us seeds, fruits, and grains in exchange for shiny stones, which are valuable here in the savannah."

The animals agreed to Faru’s plan and decided how many shiny stones they would offer to gather the needed resources.

Dividends

Banda the Buffalo spoke next. "Once we have profits from our projects, we should decide how to share them. Should we give some to every animal in the village?"

The animals nodded, understanding the importance of sharing the profits. They agreed on a fair portion of the profits to be given out as shiny stones to each animal, ensuring everyone benefited.

Working Capital

Timi the Tortoise, slow but wise, addressed the group. "We must manage what we have wisely. We need to make sure we have enough food and water every day while saving some for the future."

The animals agreed and decided on a plan to manage their daily resources efficiently, ensuring they had enough for the present and the future.

Goal of the Firm

Finally, Kofi spoke. "Our goal is to make sure every animal in our village is happy and prosperous. By making wise investments, gathering enough resources, sharing our profits fairly, and managing our daily needs, we will achieve this goal."

Mara the Meerkat, representing all the animals, stood up. "Thank you, Kofi, and thank you, everyone. Let’s work together to make our village the best it can be."

Conclusion

And so, the village of animals worked together, each playing their part in this grand corporate plan. They made wise investments, managed their resources well, shared their profits fairly, and ensured everyone was happy and prosperous. Kofi the Clever Monkey watched with pride, knowing that the wise decisions made under the Baobab tree would keep their village thriving for many seasons to come.

And from that day on, the village animals understood the importance of corporate decisions, working together to achieve their common goal of happiness and prosperity.
